always resolve symlinks for TemporaryDirectory
...
On macOS mktemp returns a temporary directory in a symlink.
Nix has a bug where it won't accept path:// located in a symlink.
This avoid this issue by always resolving symlinks as returned by
TemporaryDirectory.
